Yes, you read that headline correctly. This is NOT a boot disc, this is a combination of hardware and software modifications that will actually let you convert a European Dreamcast into an American or Japanese one - or vice versa.
The power of usenet

You are probably familiar with the word Usenet ( or sometimes referred to as "newsgroups" ) If you have been using computers for the last 10 years. Most ISPs allowed their customers in the early years to use Usenet as a way of communicating with other people. Much like today's forums but with less special functions.
Most ISPs blocked access to Usenet at some point in time, or just blocked access to certain newsgroups while others removed the access all along. Some freaks posted kiddyporn on Usenet that became wide spread and this was among the reasons why they blocked the access.

It's interesting how much fun you can have watching other people do stuff. Just think about the fact that in england for instance, there's a video camera in almost every street watching you as you pass by. Some call these "security cams". But did you know how easy it is to find video feeds like this using good old Google?
The SP35A compact car GPS navigation system

I recently bought this GPS off eBay not knowing more than the item description told me. This is a GPS device originating from China preloaded with Route 66 navigation software and maps. I could choose between black and white models.
The seller included a 4GB memory card for software and maps for only 21.00 USD and a European power converter for 2.26 USD that unfortunately did not fit with the Norwegian power socket standards.
